By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Tyler Tordsen for SD, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Program Description. Tyler Tordsen for SD operates an SMS messaging program to keep supporters informed about the campaign. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring autodialed text messages from Tyler Tordsen for SD. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or contribution.
Types of Messages. Subscribers may receive text messages including, but not limited to: campaign updates and news, volunteer opportunities, event invitations and reminders, voting information (including dates, times, and polling locations for upcoming elections), get-out-the-vote reminders, fundraising appeals, and other communications related to the Tyler Tordsen for SD campaign.
Message Frequency. Opted-in users may receive approximately 2–5 text messages per month. Message frequency may increase as election dates approach.
Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging and data plan. Tyler Tordsen for SD is not responsible for any charges from your wireless carrier.
Help. To request more information, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. You may also email tyler@tylertordsen.com or visit tylertordsen.com for assistance.
Opt-Out. To stop receiving text messages entirely, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.
Supported Carriers. This program is compatible with all major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your privacy is important to us. For information about how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information — including information collected through this SMS program — please review our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms. Tyler Tordsen for SD may update or modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
